Rich Pins don't come from anything typed into Pinterest directly — they're pulled automatically from the Open Graph tags already on the destination page, the same metadata a link preview on Facebook or X would read. If the badge here doesn't show the price or site name you expect, the fix is on the destination page's own meta tags, not inside Pinterest's pin editor.
The price badge specifically only applies to product pins — a recipe, article, or DIY pin has no reason to carry price metadata, so leaving it blank here for non-product content is the expected, correct behavior rather than a missing field to fill in.
Does a Rich Pin update automatically if the price on the page changes?
Pinterest re-crawls the destination page's Open Graph tags periodically rather than at the instant the price changes, so there's typically a delay between updating a price on the actual site and seeing it reflected on an existing pin — worth keeping in mind for time-sensitive sales rather than assuming the badge updates in real time.
